MTDC Resort Jyotiba Royale - Hotel in Wadi Ratnagiri - Kolhapur, India

Worst experience. Hate it. Don't go this place at any cost. MTDC rented this place to private people as said by one of their executive. Rooms are not cleaned. No proper management. Worst bathroom. Overall experience is misery.

It has nice rooms to stay. Terrific is reasonable ample parking and situated at very beginning of the town. Beautiful view of varna and Panhala

Rooms are ok. Rates are reasonable. Staff is very helpful. Location is too good. Maintenance should be done.

Kind of average place to stay at during your tour. Budget friendly resort. Food quality is average. Location of the place is good for site seeing. No comode in the toilet of any rooms. No mirror in the bathroom or at any place in the room. TV in the room doesn't work. No AC in the room. Fan in the room make more noise than the air flow. Room is not dusted off properly before giving the key to you. No proper security in the resort. No CCTV camera at any place in the resort.

This place make us experience the divine vibes. The serenity heals the affects of routine stress. The place is maintained very clean. The mattress are also very neat and clean. The rooms are super spacious. Best best place for stay.

One of the best views available at hotel but not the best hotel. Jyotiba Royale doesn't have anything royal, no maintenance done, no access road and no illumination on access road, no gate, no security, no AC (though it has ac points), broken flush tank, no wooden furniture, negligible illumination in rooms, rusted/broken balcony railings, thook patti repair jobs, no payment receipt (only cash accepted), and rude staff reply once you register the hotel. If any concern governmental official is reading this then they should voluntarily resign from their post for being blind towards the situation.

Very bad service, room was not in good condition,. Wash basin was leaking water and completely not working. I forgot important luggage inside room and next day I came to know about.. i called Shrikant, he confirmed and said will return with courier. But still not returned as 4 months completed. Whenever called him , getting reply as he is buzy. Very bad service.. I never recommend this hotel.

Slightly outside the main village but has got ample space for parking and is free. View around it is nice. Rooms are alright and not very expensive. Hotel staff is helpful. Has got a small play area in the front for children. There is a small pantry where you can get some snacks and tea. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting Jyotiba temple.
