Great location. Good rooms. Nice staff. Big rooms. No room service. It is good if you are staying 1 or 2 days as there is no room service due to lack of staff. No water bottles provided. Water provided in 5 liter can. Staff is limited but very nice and cooperative. Breakfast is having limited option but tasty.

I have visited it recently with my family. We took a standard non AC room as the temperature of the city is near to 27 Deg.
It's on the main road with a good location to hang out nearby by walking.
The hotel staff is very friendly, and ready to help out anytime you call them.
Paking and space is not here as usual it's MTDC.
The room was specious with table chairs and an extra bed also.
A small garden is there to get a claim.
The only issue is it's 28km far from Ellora caves and 12 km from Devgiri forrt.
Large rooms, polite and helpful staff. Very near to railway station and near by market.
Although in the heart of the city but inside the campus its very quiet and peaceful.

MTDC resort in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar is good one especially its location is superb. It's located in heart of the city.
Downside is restaurant. Taste is very average and prices of food items are too high.
Our 1D stay at MTDC Aurangabad was a great experience. We checked-IN at 9.00PM still they able to serve dinner. Rooms were very spacies including bathroom. All the amenities were in working conditions. important is very good large closed parking facility. BF was complimentary with no choices but was good and sufficient. We will surely recommend all to stay at MTDC Aurangabad during to tour. last but not least located at centre point excellent ambience 5*

My colleagues who were supposed to come from Mumbai, found it very confusing, challenging and wierd only to book the mtdc resort as the landline number provided here was permanently closed. After surfing through the web, I found one mobile number, which was allotted to an employee but unfortunately, not for taking reservations! Finally, I logged in to the mtdc website for prior reservation but it was such a horrible experience that I don't think I should share here. After a long struggle, I was able to book two rooms for my guests. BOSS, THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO DO RESERVATIONS!! COME ON!!!
I will suggest the concerned ministry to please please please make the portal user friendly, ease of access, knowing the tarrif details of our resort and please ....update the website time to time. This will surely help to increase the business even if its an off season.
Worst experience ever, Pathetic rooms, zero cleanliness, zero hygiene, there were cockroaches in the bathroom wash basin, it was like room was handed over to us after some other people left it after having alcoholic drinks, when enquired with local people they said even local lodges are better then MTDC rooms, for the amount we had paid (2500) we could have found some much better hotel stay in other local providers.
