India has embarked on an ambitious program to become a world leader in power generation from renewable technologies, and sees solar as a key part in realising that goal. Leading solar technology manufacturer and provider of solar energy services,SunEdison, Inc. and Adani Enterprises Ltd, the largest port owner & operator and largest private power provider in India,formed a joint venture to build the Mundra Solar Tech Park Ltd., largest vertically integrated solar photovoltaic manufacturing facility in India with an investment of up to $4 billion (Rs 25,000 crore). The facility will create enough solar panels to fuel substantial solar growth in India, furthering India's goals for clean, renewable energy independence and will add up to 20,000 jobs to the local economy. MSTPL will create ultra-lowcost solar panels that will enable us to produce electricity so cost effectively it can compete head to head, unsubsidised and without incentives, with fossil fuels. The Project when completed will vertically integrate all aspects of solar panel production on site, including polysilicon refining, andingot, cell, and module production; transforming the region into a solar production powerhouse, creating 4500 direct jobs and over 15000 indirect jobs in the process. MSTPL, India is Adani group's prestigious project executed from October 2015 to May 2017 and with the team Adani who have made this dream project come true.

A must place to visit in Mundra, if you are in Jamnagar or Mandvi or anywhere around. It is much closer to Mandvi than Jamnagar. From Jamnagar it takes approx 5 to 6 hours while from Mandvi it is approx 2 hours far.
Great shop for handicraft items. You will get kuchchi work clutches/ purses, Bandhani Sarees, suits etc. Rates are so so reasonable. Quality of the items is so good. It's one of my favorite shop in Mundra. Sharing some photos of my today's purchase!
