Who is going to pay to review that pathetic place. Your place is not some kind of hotspot for people to be paying for bringing it down. And shame on you for seeing the rating after two whole years.
Coming to positive points - this place is a decent one with parking facility and I called this place to book a appointment and they helped me with payment stuff quickly. Room was ok with pretty good AC and TV facilities Coming to negative point - the hot water tap was broken and when we opened hot water sprang like a fountain and was flowing without control. When I went to reception to complain no one was ther for almost 15 minutes. Even after complaining they just stopped the hot water and didn't even care to say a sorry on that. So when a problem comes they are not quick to care and help. Overall not a ideal place if a family stays and it's ok for bachelors or group of friends who can manage these type of discomforts...
Worst behaviour by staff, replying to my review after 1 year and blocking negative reviews. Thats the commitment the owner showing towards improving the service. And as far as staffs they are not even behave like humans to fellow humans.
Rooms r neat and clean. But, few points of discomfort : 1. There is no phone in any room. 2. Air-conditioning controls are with the management and they every now and then keep it switched off and every time I had to go downstairs to ask for AC, water, food etc., 3. Toilet closet doesn't come with an attached hose or toilet paper. It was very uncomfortable. 4. The shower doesn't even have a knob as it was damaged and not replaced. So no shower is possible.

Management team is very worst. No proper amenities. Heater issues. If there is no other option in the town, this place can be used. Cleanliness was okay. Not suitable for women.

I did layer cut here and Ms. Monisha did the haircut, she was very patient and gave many new ideas and have done very good service. My kid haircut also has done here by a men stylist. Overall very good service.
