MShop - Delivery service in Marthandam - Kanniyakumari, India

I am giving *0 star* rating. They have closed the order as "Order delivered" without delivering the food. I have paid the cash also. The delivery person assigned to me is Jerin. The amount was refunded after multiple texts and calls.

Very high delivery charges & tax is included, not delivering food on time sometimes, the delivery agents are not updating the current status of orders. 2 months back I made an order money from my account was debited but they claimed that they did not receive any money, even their app showed paid but they said they didn't receive the amount. I tried contacting the customer care number, they never attend calls or they simply ignore the calls. What ever proof we sent to their WhatsApp number will be left unseen or with no reply. Also such worst services are not always found but at rare occasions, other wise they are good at work ( except for the fact that they demand high delivery charges & tax) I m happy that they provided good service after the feedback & also my money was added to rewards. Thanks a lot

I had the worst experience in your order process and delivery, finally, my valuable money was also locked with you, you are not interested in to refund also. This same experience has happened multiple times, only the concern of the local App we supported. Today lunch order (ORDER#185038) was placed, no update from the MShop side till around 1 hr, so I called and asked order status, customer care replied that there were no delivery boys so might take more half hr, but after around 1 hr also nothing was happening, so I have called again customer care and canceled the order, we arrange lunch thru another App. finally, I requested an order refund around 3:10 PM which I paid during the order time because I am not committed any mistakes regarding this order, so I am expecting my valuable money refund immediately. But the customer care boy has handled the customer in the worst manner and during follow-up time he is cutting calls, blocking calls, putting busy mode, and other non-sense., I have called around 32 times but ignored all calls from the customer care boy. Again requesting you send my amount of Rs. 229/- as immediately mode without any deduction, because you made a big mistake, because of MShop we had lunch after 4 PM., refund asap, your customer care guys are not treating us properly, all actions are leading defamation to the customer, not picking calls (I have called more than 25 times), canceling calls, putting as a busy tone, blocking numbers these all are not good to operate e-commerce plate form.

One of the best delivery app for all things... Very easy to use... The workers are so good and kind...

Fraud . Ordered for food just now . Money debited but not delivered for the food . Not picking the call also. Dont go for this app. Its my own experience
