No Service Center and All are Fake Promise!!! 1. I received quotation morning and went to make payment evening and called receptionist before visiting but she didn't say anything in the call. While making payment she is saying she given quotation based on last month price list and revised list came 15 days before and requested me to pay more than quotation amount. This is the first sign of cheating customer!!!! 2. Given promise that seat cover, indicator buzzer etc will be covered in payment but while delivering the bike she saying that indicator buzzer will spoil the board and few customer don't like seat cover. After long argument they given seat cover in hand to fix it outside.... Never seen this type of customer treatment. 3. While purchasing the bike they promised that service can be done here but when I go for first free service they asked me to go to other bike show room.... I purchased here because it is closest to my house. Worst part of servicing in other showroom is that they will do only wash and if there is any part to be replaced in warranty period they are asking to contact where you purchased the bike. When I called receptionist to inquire about this problem she is disconnecting the call and not responding. I called from different number and she answered the call and acting like she didnt hear anything but I can hear her breathing sound as well such a worst behavior. There is no zero start rating here and forced to provide one star rating. My strong recommendation is that don't purchase here!!!
