Initially (5 years back) MS gold was so open to take customer feedback and make required modifications to jewels. Now a days they very easily decline customer requests... should maintain the authenticity how it was before... I'm rating 1 for this decline.. My issues is that, I purchased a earring on Aug 27th. During trail I tried only one earring. It got fit well. But when I went back home and tried, the other earring wasn't fitting to any of the ears. Which means the size of stems of each earrings is different. When I asked them to exchange or modify, they said it's not possible to modify. Was very disappointed. I ended up selling that earring and purchase a new one in Bangalore. Never gonna purchase anything from MS gold again.
A wonderful collections and great customer service with very responsive and patience.. And also there is a gold purchasing plan like monthly installment scheme it's a best option to invest in gold.. I would like to suggest you people to visit MS GOLD AND DIAMONDS.
