MRA Residency - Hotel in Puzhathi - Kannur, India

The rooms were very dirty and the toilet slippery and dirty too I had put some of my guests who had come to attend my brother's daughter's wedding in Kannur which was on 18/11/2023. They all reported that the hotel service was extremely bad and requested me not to suggest the hotel to anyone in the future. I had booked 5 rooms and all of them gave a big thumps down. One guest who was given a room on the 4th floor reported the lift was not working. The guest had undergone knee replacement recently and was put to a lot of hardship. What is even more distressing is that the hotel is yet to refund the money to me since one guest who was booked for 3 nights checked out after staying for one night and the other guest did not check-in due to untidy rooms.

Visited the place yesterday evening. Very bad experience. The lady served coffee was so careless, and no manners at all. Served it with such an ATTITUDE as if she never wanted any customers. Coffee was spilt all over the place and threw it on to the table. She was more interested in talking to her collegues rather than doing the job. U would suggest other places never ever gonna visit this place again. I would suggest MRA management to vist the franchisees once in a while to check if they keep the standard. These type of franchiseees will defenitly ruin the reputation.

They dont take care of cleaning room.. Tariff is very high as per room quality

Residency service is very bad. Actually room service and all is below par. This was a good one previously but now the maintenance and all are poor. Cleanliness and service is not good when compared to the similar priced rooms nearby. Need to improve a lot

Brotherly aproach. Affordable rate. Rooms are neat and decent. Bathrooms are ttN clean. Love to refer.

Rooms & Behavior of the staffs are just disguisting! Even they have no maintenance staff to clean toilets

A value for money hotel near AKG and Koyili hospitals in kannur. Pretty reasonable price. Service dont have much standard like changing bedsheets, towels etc never happen. During the entire stay of 3 days we used the same. This don't have a restaurant which is a big drawback. It would have been a big plus if they had a small restaurant also. Enough parking space. Altogether it is an okay stay.
