As a woman I am very comfortable with the gym and also with gym trainers.They do respect women The overall vibe is great and very friendly team.All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you, no matter what fitness level you are at.I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.I have been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy level and body.I have lost 12 kg in 7 months.I feel 10 years younger.Goto the gym don't hesitate anymore.Always remeber better late than never

I am a person who hardly gives 5 stars for any place. But doing so here makes it all worth it. This is the perfect gym in the city considering all perspectives, monetary, environment, cost benefit ratio and what not. It's a family run gym with the sons taking care of personal training. They ace their jobs and keep pushing you to your limits and make you see your weight goals come into reality.
