Shopping is good but no discount as compared to Big bazar or D Mart. MR cafe is worst , plz try to taste any item there , I tried pav baji & kachori but very bad quality & taste

There was a supermarket here before called as K R Mart. Now, it's M R Mart. It's close to a posh area - Khuba Plot. Hope they continue their service & don't close it. Otherwise most of the things are right.

Centrally located, good staff,but you can't buy all you want,as it's understocked.

My wife had asked me pick a few groceries so that she could complete the festival preparations in time. I thought I could quickly pick groceries at M R Mart that's very near to my residence at Vittal Nagar So I decided to avoid the festival crowd at Reliance Mart and quickly make purchases at M R Mart. But the scene at M R Mart left me stunned. I felt the salesboys/salesgirls at M R Mart must be crorepathi and the owner must be super crorepathi Why I say this because, the salesboys/salesgirls were least bothered to attend to customers! They all were standing in small groups in corner and happily chit-chatting! And the billing clerks were no different. They too were buzy in checking videos on What'sapp! Kya Scene Hai.. Wah! Wah! I searched (on my own) for mustard, barley, sorghum, green gram, millets, peas and few other pulses that we required for festival preparations. But I could not locate which section dealt with grains & pulses. And there was none to help me out as everyone was buzy in chit-chatting or/and checking What'sapp! I left the shop in utter disappointment and made my purchases at Reliance (At least the staff there is responsive and gives help) I wonder why has the owner invested so much money in M R Mart if his staff is so very uninterested in running it. No one cares for customers at M R Mart! No one is interested in selling their products! So why has the owner poured so much money on purchasing/leasing the land and stocking the goods?? Shopping at M R Mart was one of the worst (and newest) experiences of my life. Newest because I had no idea that there are such people in this world who could invest millions in a business and then allow it to go to waste later

I'm gonna change my opinion abt this cafe after today...my first experience was legit. But today horribly disappointed. I orderd for a cold coffee n it costed me 135 n guess wat i got a glass of milk with literary nothing in it. So much dissatisfied n there's no ventilation. U suffocat there .

M R Mart has opened very recently near my home. I was very happy to know that a general mart had opened near my home 'cuz there were no provisions & general mart near my home. Thus I went there day before (on 28th Nov) to check it out I found that the store had reasonable stock of everyday necessities. But the problem was with the staff of this store. The store has hired very young & inexperienced bunch of boys of about 17-18 years. These boys have had no training in either sales or in management. They cannot speak in a professional way with customers nor even handle the computerized billings These boys have absolute zero talent in salesmanship and computer operation. These are just mere raw youths selected at random and assigned work at the store without checking their college record (I have doubt if they even went to school) These boys made me wait for over 20 minutes because their 'system' was down. And worse still, they came running after me to the parking lot saying they needed to check my purchases 'again'!! I left my purchase (of some shampoo bottles and soaps) at the doorstep of the store and drove away Shopping at M R Mart was one of the worst shopping experience of my life. This store has one of the worst staff on their rolls who have zero sales skills and zero customer education I have given it 1-star because there are no zero stars to give

Very bad cheap quality clothes and very poor response of staff dirty and very bad place
