One of the best bakers in town. Both food and atmosphere is amazing. They have lots of different types of snacks and cookies. Cakes are also also pretty good but what blew me away was their Passion Fruit Juice Syrup. It was super delicious and perfect drink for anytime of the day.
A good bakery in town. Items are good. Famous veg bakers like Arya's (Just Opposite)in town doesn't have veg cutlets every time. But this have. And freshly prepared. Good ambience. Enough parking space.
Very bad experience received from the staff. I was with my wife and my two friends in the restaurant. Friends were too busy to leave so they ordered only lime. So my wife and I didn't order any food. Thought, will order after our friends leave. The staff person was continuously interrupting us by asking do you want anything or can he take the bill. I told him twice that I will order after they leave. But to our surprise when our friends were about to leave, he came from somewhere and handed over the bill to me. I have no problem, if the restaurant was full of people and crowded. But there was nothing like that and lots of seats were available. Management please don't reply with some excuses. Once the worst experience is the worst for me. Wont be stepping into this restaurant again. Also i was the guy who ordered a minimum of two times a week from this restaurant. Visited the restaurant to try and feel their in house experience and got this. Also leave the restaurant without ordering further items because of this experience.
The place has good decent food. It's clean, the staff is so helpful. Has most of the bakery items and other stuff too. Has little parking but overall a good store.

* The normal snack items are good and tasty, they also have there special items which was also good.
* In house oven. Live cake making etc.
* There biriyani is so good.
* Tried there Falooda, it was so good and had good quantity.

* Can park 6-8 vehicles in front of the Shop.
Went for a small snack but ended up buying a lot more as we got tempted by the wide range of snacks, pickles and sweets on display.
So caution if you are someone who falls for these foodie temptations. Lots of fresh products to choose from.
An amazing bakery in the centre of Kottayam. I went for having a Chicken puffs, but ended up eating a lot more...lol. The highlight of this bakery is their in-house baking facility itself, so that you will get fresh out of the oven bakery items most of the items. And this place is crowded most of time. Another food that I liked from Mr. Johns is their Biriyani. So delicious and mouth watering. Then comes my second favourite, masala cookies, yet another mouth watering one . It is so delicious and little bit spicy, but you'll feel like you just had bits and pieces of fried chicken. So delicious, go for it . Also they have a wide range of pickles available, and all of them are sooo good.

We had egg puffs from this place. It was of good quality. We reach the place after 8 pm. Even though the puffs felt fresh and the gravy inside was good. They have a variety of puffs available there such as mushroom puffs, egg puffs, paneer puffs etc.
