Coach is very very good, even girls can go to that gym safely. Price is very much affordable compared to the other gyms in the area and the service is also better than any other gym in the area. Staff is friendly there. There's nothing much for cardio in the gym, there are many machines and weights for body toning and building.
Been going to this gym from past 2 years... The trainer suggest to do better always. The ambience will always be packed energetic people around. The space is small yet u will never feel about the space because of the equipments and the level of training you get. If u get a good companion with the good equipments around trust me you can make your day the best.

The gym is full of energy. The trainer is very helpful and he himself is a bodybuilding athlete. So he know many wrong doing we do while lifting weights. His suggestions really helped.
In Bellandur area top one Gym..good trainers are available. Mr.India Dr. Mallesh Sir always available...many students got good medals...they went many International competition.
