Till last year it wasn't good at all . The service provided by them was pathetic but now the are too good. They provide proper service and the food served is good . The staff is Happening and talks softly... The food is served is obviously tasty , sandwiches, burgers , drinks and all other thinks tastes really good ... I tried the club sandwich which i order almost all the times whenever i have a Visit to Mr Brown and it was delicious. Perfectly crisped bread , proper vegetables.. in short it was really very tasty. You can even have their breads which they sell and beleive me , you wont like any harvest , English oven bread after having the bread sold by them... It is a little overpriced but the quality remains good too

I have organised my son's b'day. The food was okay but the staff was really rude. They don't understand the value of the customer experience. In the whole arrangement i had hiccups about how my guests would react, and most of my guests complained about the working staff. I will never arrange any party there. Overpriced and bad behavioural staff.

Uday and the cafe's staff members are too good. I booked the place for my daughter's birthday. The arrangement was good. The food variety was quite wide, and every dish was scrumptious. These people did the decoration as per our expectations. Plus, the management is quite awesome. You tell me them one thing, and they'll make sure you don't have to repeat. Thank you for making my lil girl's b'day special, you guys. Keep up the good work!

Not so fresh I have been to this place a couple of times and sometimes they have fresh food and sometimes they do not have anything fresh I love their bread and packaged stuff but the pastries are a hit or a miss I would recommend there chocolate and red velvet pastries as well as rainbow pastry their bread loaves are also amazing do try them I wish they could manage to serve fresh food Every-time

I bought black forest pastry ..it was rs 90 each..too much expensive and that too with poor quality....if u have good quality price doesnt matter...but feeling as if wasted money..

The staff is not sure on what the customised cake prices are. Two days back I was quotes 1800 price per kg and now today when I was trying to order, it is not 2100 per kg and I was given all the possible pointless reasons by the staff supporting the reason. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Excellent bakery. One could get very good, quality edibles at reasonable prices. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The space is very neat and clean and offers quality services. I would say an excellent place to dine out or order online.

Celebrated my kiddos birthday party...it was great ! They have a wonderful kids buffet which includes almost every food a kid enjoys- momos, pizza, pasta, brownie, icecream, burger, salads, French fries and many more..kids enjoyed a lot...the staff is also very co-operative esp. Anju...The ambience is quite good as it doesn't open on a road..there is ample space for kids to enjoy ! Overall 5 on 5 stars keep up the good work !!
