Food was fantabulous. Yummy and heavy. The portions were too good for two people. On the cost part it's a little expensive but its ignorable when you compare the food and it's atmosphere.

Good and different options available. Diet friendly and vegetarian food is also good, served non vegetarian delicacies as well. New pastry/bakery section is very nice. Must visit ! Little expensive in comparison to places but totally worth.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Mr. Bean's Cafe in Indore, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Located in a bustling area of the city, the cafe stood out with its charming ambiance and inviting atmosphere. Upon entering the cafe, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who promptly seated me. The interior of the cafe had a cozy and relaxed vibe, with comfortable seating arrangements and warm lighting. The decor was tastefully done, with quirky elements that added a touch of character to the space.

I have spared this place a negative review on multiple occasions thinking I'll give them the benefit of doubt since this had always been one of my favourite cafes in Indore but they have lost my business and loyalty after how I was treated today. Today's experience- They billed a Cafe Frappe when I had ordered an Iced Americano and would not admit their mistake. I was made to pay 100 extra plus GST for just ice, what's funny is that I had asked for less ice and mentioned it thrice while placing my order and they didn't even follow that. The staff's behaviour was so condescending. They refused to believe me when I told them that I had ordered the exact same thing a week before and had been billed differently. A recurring issue with the service is always that they never serve water until they're reminded. And this happens every single visit. I sat there for 1.5 hours at lunch and there wasn't even a glass of water on the table to fill. The most basic thing. Don't think I'll ever visit again. In the past- 1. I have received a tart with a huge piece of plastic inside it, (attaching an image) for which I was supposed to be reimbursed but that never happened. 2. They brought the wrong order (I had ordered a non veg pizza, they got veg) and when they were supposed to bring back the right item, it was just the previous pizza with bits of meat and raw pineapple added on top which was obvious. That's my go-to order so I know that it tasted nothing like the original. When I told the staff about it they refused all accountability & would not accept their mistake. Mistakes are not the problem, it's how their staff chooses to deal with them by behaving like their customers are stupid liars.

As a person who loves beans and has been going there since years its an amazing place to hangout but the food doesn't really feel the same man . They've quite reduced the quality of food at the same times the prices have been somewhat hiked but the taste is satisfactory

A perfect hangout place with some amazing food is what I felt once I was done visiting this place ..! And the best part.. the vegetarian options are absolutely delicious and drool worthy

A decent place to hangout with friends and family. Really loved the atmosphere although the food was a bit on a expensive side. If you are a coffee lover then this could be a place for you to visit

Best place in Indore hands down to experience some delicious delicacies. The ambience is classy and elegant with a touch of chic. The service is quick and the servers are polite with good understanding of what you would like as their recommendations are on point. There is a gourmet shop next to it which allows you to find varieties which are usually not around the city.
