Beautiful place and extremely good service. Rooms are spacious and property gives you enough privacy as there are only 6 rooms. Food is excellent and they give lot of options in all 3 meals. Overall a must visit place in Pachmarhi.

We are an senior citizen couple and spent 4 days (22nd. to 25th. March) in Rock end Manor. Even before booking our room, we got a sample of what to expect from the hotel manager and staff. Having decided to spend my 65th. birthday in Panchmari, we surfed the net for a suitable hotel. Having decided on Rock end Manor, we contacted the hotel to enquire about the weather, the facilities available, other mpt hotels, and the procedure for availing senior citizen concession etc. They patiently answered all our queries and even provided the name and number of the person to contact for the concession. Right from the moment of our arrival till our departure, we were treated like royalty. Be it the choice of the room, the choice of food we preferred, our transportation all were promptly made available with a smile. They even arranged for a room in the hotel next door as we needed it to rest for a few hours of the day after our checked out. All in all it was a memorable experience Thank you
This place is a beautiful old British Bungalow converted into a hotel. We did not stay here but went there for lunch. So my review reflects what i saw rather than my stay experience. The place is extremely well maintained, very nice and clean. The staff serving us lunch was extremely courteous and helpful. This place is on my stay next time list!
it is a pretty good hotel. neat clean serene with a good view around. probably one of the best in this place..rooms are big. the bathrooms are big. coffee maker, hairdryer fridge, etc are included in the room amenities. food is good. the menu is not very wide but tastes home-like. the manager Mr. shubham is an extremely helpful and friendly person and the staff mr. tiwari, rafiq saheb are very courteous and helpful.
