Excellent food and service at the restaurant Excellent service at the Reception Unfortunately, the Cleaning of room was Poor. We needed to remind repeatedly for some basics like Napkins. We are not 'fault finders', and are pained to note this.
A very neat and clean and safe place to stay with very reasonable charges. Gives a luxurious feel.
Excellent hotel at a very reasonable cost , rooms are spacious , neat and clean-with all the amenities. Food quality is also very good-reception and other staff are very polite , prompt , helpful and courteous. In all , it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

For us this Hotel Payal have outsmarted all other hotels due to above mentioned bv quality and competent staff, Big Thank you to Front desk team Asif, Shivam and Facility manager Javed Mansoori. In house dining restaurant caters great homely taste and quality in variety of meal they serve, Big thank you to Chef, Jagdish Pal and Shiv prasad Patel. Attached photos to detail. Very good hotel. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. There is a gym with a treadmill, cross trainer, weight trainers and dumbbells. The massage chair however, doesn't work. The swimming pool was also clean but we couldn't use it as we visited this hotel in December. The breakfast menu is a bit small, however the food is nice. The staff is also very helpful. The Western Group of Temples is also a 10 minute walk away.
Exceptional experience. Is a government property, but the service is above 3 start private hotels. The room service , swimming pool, complementary breakfast, garden, and outside area all were very satisfying.

Costumes are available complementary. Except pool there are many games available in front adventure park, kid enjoy there well. Prices are reasonable Services are Best Front desk is very helpful and polite, Special mention to Mr. Asif who helped us a lot about locality. He refers us to explore "Adivart tribal museum" just near to the hotel, which was a gorgeous finding of my Khajuraho visit. Food is a must try here.
