MPT Marble Rocks, Bhedaghat - Featured Reviews (1161)
Location is good. The property is quite large with lots of rooms and some tents. Garden, swimming pool is well maintained. Food is great and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Dhuandhar waterfalls, Marble rocks and Chausat Yogini temple all are at walking distances. It's an ideal place to spend 2-3 nights with family and friends.
The place is scenic. But service of MPT is pathetic. They work very slowly spoiling customer valued time. People come from far away to visit the scenery n since Govt facility is there they prefer this hotel but staff is least bothered. They work at there own tortoise pace
Had good experience during my short stay. Room was good with all required facilities. View from hotel is good but you won't get it from your room. Best view is from reception or Park. You can also get good view from restaurant. Service and hospitality is awesome. Everyone with whom I interacted, was helpful. I saw few negative reviews about food but I didn't find any issue with veg food. Almost everything I ordered was good.
Location and service is good. Rooms neat and fresh linen. Overall cleanliness poor. Kitchen service slow, limited food options.
location was good. rooms were good but tent was horrible. tent was too hot, AC was not sufficient enough to cool tent. fridge was not working. tv unit was that old one which we used to see in our childhood. i dont know why they are chaeging more for tent as no facility available at tent. one big problem about all rooms, NO EXAUST FAN AT ANY BATHROOM. I think they should upgrade Tent. About food, Don't eat non veg at restaurant. it was horrible. Veg food was good. morning breakfast was good. Room service was pathetic. u need to wait for one and half to two hours for food after giving order. they need to increase number of staff.
This is a well maintained and managed placed by MP govt. The surrounding serene and hardly w stone's throw from bhedaghat bating point. There is a MPY cafe close by from where you can enjoy the scenery and also take lift directly to the boating point. The tents where we stayed was a very well maintained and with all amenities. The in-house restaurant offers a good variety of cuisines but service was bit slow and due to less staff they refused to serve in open area. The price was in a bit higher side if you compare with govt price. The approach road and connectivity to NH is good. Overall i thoroughly enjoyed the place and stay there. A must try place.
Stayed in Tent. It's nicely located. The service is very good. Food quality excellent.
Their service and staff are great. The food they serve is also good. The location is everything! It's right next to Marble Rocks!
