Good place to stay, but tariffs are a little bit high. Deluxe rooms (floor 3 and above) have a good view of the lake. But the rooms up to floor 2 have only garden view. The food was delicious. The staff was very cooperative and humble.

Rooms are good, not high-tech but a little old fashion. However cleanliness and hospitality at its best.

Pathetic customer service and room are ok not good foods are so expensive not upto the quality its better that owner of hotel focus on its services rather decoration of hotel .

It's a wonderful experience. Please don't miss this if you are visiting this location.

This is used to be a nice place but unfortunately since my last two visits I have observed decline in quality of services. Rooms needs to be renovated and upgraded. My colleague found a rat and lizard in the room. Often reception staff is absent from the desk and most of the time wifi internet is down. It is a good property based in a prime location. The food is also excellent. MPT should seriously look into this and upgrade rooms and services.

Very very bad experience with the hotel Also we did not take the hotel service because hotel itself deny . We booked the hotel for the particular date but due to some emergency I requested the hotel to change my date for the next but they deny .... N talk rudely sonu the revenue manger is very rude and he drop my call our money more then 20k we lost

Good experience staying here. Rooms were spacious, staff was friendly and they have good parking space. Buffet was nice and tasty. Rooms were little old and overused - but they clean it pretty well.
