The rooms here were comfy but they need some renovation as in the furniture has been old and the door handles are broken. Also the geysers need much time to warm up the water. Even the heaters donot provide warmth to the room. The service is not quick as expected , service is provided on multiple reminders. The view and location is awesome. There is kids play area and there are big swings for adults. It can be an awesome hotel for a vacation even if you stay on the hotel the entire day. The food lacks in salt and sugar. But the hotel management provides karaoke nights DJ nights along with bongire and delicious food.
A serene place next door to Champak Lake. Amazing property with lots of parking place, cordial staff and delicious food. Well maintained and spacious rooms, clean bathrooms .
Rooms are very spacious and good for the prices. The food option is also good . We had went with a package which included breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is very polite and courteous . Mr rakesh at the restaurant is very friendly and accommodating. There is a common table in the front of room which is a good addition

Champak lake is walking distance where one can enjoy boating and zipline. Beautiful sunset location too.

Some suggestions:
1. More continental food on the menu will be welcome. Eg. Cakes, cookies, freshly brewed coffee, sausages.
2. We stayed for four nights and all meals (B+L+D) was included in the room rent. The menu became repetitive. Some more variety, may be?
3. The rooms that we stayed in can be livened up in more traditional or colonial style. Eg. Plastic bucket can be easily replaced by a metal or brass one; some fresh flowers can add a lovely touch!
The service, the greenery and the location makes up for everything that you may find missing.
