MPS Royal Suites - Hotel in Perintalmanna - Malappuram, India

We have booked their banquet hall for my cousin's sons birthday function.We have visited the hall for arranging decoration items today 10.30pm . At that time the hall was too messy with paper waste and other waste. When we contacted the reception he was unaware of the situation and when called the so called manager he is telling you have booked hall for tomarow and hall can be cleaned only tomarow 10am. We have desperately argue for cleaning the hall so that we can do decarations before our guest arrived. Such an un profesional attitude and behaviour from the so called manager And beside that he was very arrogant who is not eligible as a manager.And I also asked for the owner's number but they are not ready to give. This review may be not useful for customers but will be very useful to the investers or owners who is feeding this type of employees.Dear investors you are going to loss tour money.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. Mr. Junaid, who handled everything professionally, made the experience even better. One of the highlights of our stay was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were also acoustically sealed, which meant we could enjoy a peaceful sleep without any disturbances from outside noise, including vehicles passing by. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the bus stand made it a convenient location.

We had gone to the Royal Plaza Restaurant ordered Chinese food it was good has the same standard in terms of taste but in terms of quantity it has decreased drastically and value for money in terms of quantity is not there. Parking is a bit tricky and you have to negotiate your way through the basement out into an open parking spaces which is not properly levelled. The ambience is average and yes the stench of various foods cloud your mind and air conditioning needed more work as the cooling is not there when we visited at 2:30 pm and left us stifling for want of cooling.

Very neat and clean rooms. Friendly service by the staff overall amazing stay

No-one to carry luggage. Booked for 2 adults but gave only 1 towel &1 dental set. Hot water was not available even though said to staff (no use .. they said to drain some water , then will come but emptied 2 buckets of water still no hot water , only warm water) restaurent is on lease , so they will charge you for complimentary breakfast but you need not pay Already said in above comments

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days while attending a conference, on the first day i had severe cough which i thought may be because of the long travel in the ac, the next day i was absolutely normal at the venue. When i returned back to hotel i and my colleague started coughing and sneezing badly thats when we got time to check the surroundings.The ac, every nook and corner little away from sight was covered in dust, there was empty ALCOHOL BOTTLEcovered in dust , may be lying there ever since the hotel was built. I felt breathless and informed the staff , they had the worst attitude i have ever seen from a hotel. They were arrogant blamed us for not complaining on the first day and was ARGUING . This was all happening in the midnight .the staff who came finally said they will provide a room and showed one room after the other, not a surprise every room was smelling bad and had dust covered . Very poor cleaning and hospitality. We didnt sleep for the entire 2 nights of stay. Please stay away from this hotel . The worst hotel i have ever stayed . If u look at the photos and google reviews it looks very nice i dont know how this discrepancy is happening. If I could give zero stars i would have done that.

I used to stay in this hotel long back. the hotel has taken a big face lift. excellent room and amenities. the behaviour of staff needs special mention. highly sophisticated behaviour by each staff. love to stay here and would recommend others too

Good rooms .. but no hot water available even if draining buckets of water.. restaurant on lease,so one needs to sign bill at restaurant and give to hotel
