I recently started going to this MPL gym, The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The equipment is well maintained, and the atmosphere is motivating. The gym is clean and also very spacious which is a big plus for everyone. The classes are very punctual and funny, and they offer a variety of workout options. I find the place remarkably inclusive. Regardless of age, gender, current fitness level and experience, everyone feels comfortable in the gym.
