Worst staff i have ever seen. A staff with beard was so rude i was asking the price and some discount sudenly he started Pricing the item . I asked him u told me other price now suddenly u was telling other price. His answer is u started asking discount so i started Pricing. I can't understand going to a jeweller shop and not asking for discount is that a crime. I thought to take 25k worth silver so was asking some discount. I'm telling if that salesperson doesnt change his attitude no one will go to that shop. Very Very rude don't know how to talk with a customer.
The jewellery sold is filled with lacquer. Neeraj Bhatia sold the jewellery by charging entire weight for gold.Later while buying back same jewellery he melted the same and told he will pay only for gold and not for lacquer Very unethical and crooked jeweller Would caution all persons against buying any item in this store.
They are charging so much extra cost on silver items 15% making charges, 5% waste charge, and 3% GST on total amount. When you are exchanging old items then they discount 15% as old items charge, and not give GST on that item. And their executive behaviour was very rude, directly telling you if you want then take it or you can go.
Nice pendant collection, went on to check for specific om pendant, and they had plethora of designs, unlike any other place. Awesome!!
They charges are more, silver cost is Rs 2 extra from market rate +wastage 10%+ 15 making (its multiplied with amount not percentages)+ 3% gst that is ok.
