This studio is the most famous zumba studio of akola . Mostly all the ladies, women and girls prefer going here . They have 3 batches two morning 8 to 11 and third 6 to 8 (approx). They have the studio build at a terrace which is very nice and well maintained. Their fees is 1200/M which may vary so you must consult them personally i went with my frnd just for the enquiry because she wanted classes for some fun and losing some weight. It was very kind and helpful I am guided us with the proper information so I suggest you if you are looking for Zumba classes must consider this
One of the best fitness centre/ studio I have ever been in Akola . The instructor is professional yet patient and understanding. You will get a fantastic everyday experience for sure . Different workouts and zumba will motivate you not to miss a single session. Totally recommend
Honest Feedback: It's been a month that I joined the Moves n Stretch for Zumba and I really enjoy the sessions. Everything is so cool, steps-moves-songs and the way it is taught with complete energy and enthusiasm. Seems like a best decision as I have a hectic work schedule and taking out 1:20 mins is worth it. I feel stress free, happy and light after the sessions. Looking forward for more such sessions.
Best class I've ever been to in the town. The different types of routines taken here are really good and challenging in itself. Mayur sir and his team makes it more fun. Overall, it's a great class full of energy and fun.
It's the place where Zumba instructor makes the act of work out not only enjoyable but something to look forward to. He motivates you , encourages you to succeed , push you a little ,never gives up on you and most of all cares about your health and all these things happen in a very positive environment with positive attitude and willingness to share his love for fitness. Even though I was suffering from lots of health issues you helped me to reduce 10 kgs in just three months. Thanks a lot sir for your motivation
AWESOME!!! Move and Stretch it's an amazing class in akola definitely highly Recommend. it as helped me lose 4kg in just 1 month.... Mayur sir is a zumba instructor and it is always so much fun teaching and seeing people smile and have fun all while burning a good chunk of calories off. If your looking for a fun way to lose weight this is it. I absolutely love it.
Zumba is so refreshing and energising. What I love about Moves n Stretch is they make exercise fun. I had a great experience. Thank you Sir, you are truly an amazing trainer. I would highly recommend Moves n Stretch.
This is the best Zumba class that I have ever found in Akola. I am enjoying my daily workout here. Instructors are also good and guides properly during workout.
