Mountain view residency is situated in a scenic place and next to it is the river Patalganga which flows perennially and gives pleasant pleasure to the mind. you can see zenith waterfall in the rainy season from here. Residents are also very cooperative with each other. Various activities & festivals are celebrated together here with lot of joy. Club house has various gaming & library facilities along with mini theater & bonquet hall. Lawn & garden is well maintained. The shops are nearby and there is a small Krishna temple in front. There is a bus stop in front of it. At a very close range there are MSSSPL company and ioc company. On an all this is the best place to reside if you are a nature lover

DON'T even think to buy..many problems in project such as leakage, cracks in new construction, society formation, improper maintenance, many people had invested but still possession not given. No one is taking responsibility and people are again on same stage. Horrible... DON'T BUY
The place is nice. View is awesome from the flats facing the mountain. But the builder is delaying the of last two phase which is a little problem.
