Mountain Shadow Resort - Resort hotel in Igatpuri, Pardevi - Nashik, India

The place is really worthy . Rooms were clean and airy specially in rainy season the view was awesome from our balcony . Staff was also very co operative . Few things to be improved 1. Swimming pool water should be cleaned . The day we went for swimming it was greenish in colour but the next day it was cleaned . The stairs in the swimming pool are broken so it needs immediate attention. 2. The food quality and taste was good but it should be warm all time .But I should appreciate that on aksing they were providing it warm k table also . 3. Small things like hair dryer , laundry bag should be provided . Overall our experience was 4.5/5 Place worth visiting next time .

It deserves 0 rating,no maintenance at all.The pool is not clean and gaming area equipment is old and non functional. No activities to do in the resort, extremely bad service.TV channels not working, room service guys have not been able to fix it during the complete stay duration. We ordered a cake for our wedding anniversary ,the cake was stale and spoilt our special occasion. Nothing is good about the resort ,not even the location.

Superb Hotel with classic location, food test and quality is so good especially for Jain food.. Hotel staff is so polite great hospitality.. Our family has enjoyed a lot in Mountain shadow

We were 2 adults & 2 kids and stayed in the garden suite. The Mountain View was breathtaking. The rooms are nice and the location is excellent especially in the monsoon. The attitude of the staff is absolutely rude. I had simply gone to enquire and the way the counter manager replied I was shocked. If this continues I am sure people will stay away even though the location and the place is good.

The ambience and surroundings were great. Jain and veg food was excellent and delicious at an affordable pricing. Staff was very polite and cooperative and professional. Rooms were clean. The property is very well maintained. I highly recommend everyone to visit the resort.

What a fabulous place it is..!!! As per its name, Breathtaking view of mountains and in monsoon feel of waterfalls in front of resort and u can enjoy from balconies also. Location is outward from city crowd and felt peaceful environment. Food is amazing even jain option also available. If u want to go only with CP plan also bcs they have ala carte vast menu so u can order also in affordable price. Excellent Pure vegetarian resort. Loved the stay.They have arranging live music on weekends just fab Rooms are specious and clean. Staff is so courteous towards guests. And also igatpuri is heaven in monsoon season. Highly recommended resort if u visit igatpuri

We had booked 10 rooms in Rain forest which is a next door resort . We paid the full money on arrival . To our surprise the rooms were pathetic , not clean, bathroom were yaks, furniture state was poor . It was an all meal package and the food quality , was poor oily , the buffet spread horrible. At 11.00 pm in night we went in search of another resort and happen to enter Mountain Shadow resort . Mr Kushal who is also the partner there personally came to show us the rooms . We saw the tent rooms which are amazing and booked immediately. The pricing was much cheaper than rain forest which was booked 15 days ago. We requested if we can check in right away . He was like most welcome and be my guest . We checked out of Rain forest resort immediately.( no refund for 10 rooms, dissatisfied) and checked in Mountain Shadow Resort . Mr Kushal welcomed us with Tea, Masala Milk, Dinner at 12.30 am . To our surprise he did not charge us for that night , nor for the dinner . This is what is called hospitality . The views from the rooms , activities, evening music and live band added flavour to the trip. The food right from breakfast , lunch , high tea, dinner were beyond expectation . The staff and entire team are professional and always carry a smile on their face. Thank you Mr Kushal and Team for the wonderful trip which was for nights extended to 4 nights .
