I'd rate the hotel 5 stars. Mr. Abison provided excellent service, and the overall hospitality was exceptional. Every staff member was incredibly helpful, and they accommodated our requests, especially for our toddler. Our stay was wonderful.

It was a good time with hotel mount Lungta. The interior and exterior of the hotel was really decorative. Services was very professional and rooms were very cleaned and cozy. Special thanks to Mr. GANESH and Joyce for helping out in our needy time. I would highly recommend to visit this property.

We had a booking for the first time at mount lungta and also to Darjeeling. Hotel was very neatly well maintained and cleaned Services was very amazing... Whatever request was giving it was delivering within a minute ... Housekeeping services was great thanks to ms.samita for maintaining our room Hotel interior design was very decorative and I would like to thanks to ms sagarika she welcomed was with a pleasent smile and also like to mention mr. Abison, he was very amazing person. Last but not the least special thanks to Mr. Ganesh for the overall help we need during our stay we found him very polite,professional and hard working guy. The checkin process was very smooth , Ms Choki and Joyce managed well. The food was good. Room was arranged well. Even with our last moment increase of people managemt did great. I hope we will be able to come back. Abisom Sangden Ganesh Hats off to you. Best hotel in Darjeeling. Herbalife.

Stayed 3 days back. Very neat and clean hotel. Very professional crew. All facilities of hotel are good. Food quality is good but bit less tasty compared to other hotel where I stayed.

Rooms are decent enough. However, had to change 3 rooms as there was so much toilet smell in the rooms. There were no exhaust fans inside toilets. Deluxe rooms are so tiny and no room to roam around. No single fans to use during hot weather. Big issue in asking for lunch and dinner as it is always running on low occupancy. So much delay in serving breakfast when we have plan to go out soon. No one around property after 10 pm if any emergency. No one at restaurant if you want an extra water bottle. No coffee and tea service at 8Am in mornings. No one available. Restaurant open after 8:45am. Food was bewlo average. People at reception lacks some basic services and information to provide to customers. He had to call his hotel owner for all the information. Felt like cheap lodge. Costlier for such a poor service. Don't recommend for anyone. Don't get fooled by ratings and pictures as they force customers to give good ratings during breakfast.

People looking for a flavour of Darjeeling without the crowd can opt for this Mount Lungta Residency. This place is located just opposite the station of Ghoom, away from the bustle of crowded Darjeeling. A quiet romantic place with a great service and staff, especially, Sushma (the guest relation executive) who helped us a lot to settle in comfortably. The food is good with choice of either eating in the dining room or in the rooms. Make sure to book a room with a balcony because it's a must. The only downside is frequent power cuts but the hotel has a generator so it's not an issue, except the TV is not connected to the generator. Maybe the hotel can improve this aspect.
