Good place. Clean rooms. Good food. Great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend staying there Suggestion for the hotel Please do not spoil the experience of your hotel by disturbing your guests by repeatedly calling for feedback. They will give feedback when they can. It must not be difficult to understand that people have other things to do!
I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and here is my review Pros: 1. Restaurant food was good Cons: 1. Being a cold place they charge heater at 500 rupees a day, which makes absolutely no sense. However the receptionist was kind to waive it off during checkout. This should be provided by default. 2. Though I clearly selected 2 adults and 2 kids they gave a super small room and asked me to upgrade. I got pissed and questioned the use of MMT searches, but the receptionist was kind to give me a free upgrade 3. Tv remote didn't work and housekeeping folks had no idea to fix it 4. Buffet was terrible for breakfast
Excellent stay at the prime location with spectacular view from the Room Very friendly staffs with excellent service Much recommended . Food quality and quantity is excellent. Room was neat and cleaned. Room was very spacious. Overall outstanding. Thanks to Receptionist Mr. Firoj and Mount Team for making our stay memorable.
We booked family room for four from 7 Sept 2023 to 10 Sept 2023 three nights with complementary breakfast, as September is off season so very few rooms were occupied, so booking with complementary breakfast was no use because no buffet was available, they served only one dish for breakfast, in last day they arranged buffet breakfast, that was good and plenty, hotel staffs are very polite, helpfull and courteous, hotel room is specious and having good furniture and fittings, only issue with family room is only one bathroom which not comfortable for four persons, we stayed with our sedan, parking space is good and specious for parking 5-6 vehicle, parking is also free, hotel is situated at NH-327 at 3 Mile away from main Gangtok M G Road, which is easily accessible buy taxi charging only 40 Rs per pax. Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Rooms are nice, location is nice, and the views from the room are amazing. Get rooms on the higher floor, for better views. Restaurant serves decent food, breakfast could be better.. not as interesting as other hotels. Wi-Fi and data services at the hotel is unstable. Sound proofing of rooms is poor. We could hear to audio of the neighbouring room in our room. Overall, room was comfy and clean, but the hotel must improve a few things to create a wow effect for visitors.
Everyone has been very helpful the rooms are well cleaned and maintained properly and small hotel but well looked after by the staff special thank to Rohan Shradha from Desk and Dina and sauna from IRD are great help. Best Wishes see you all soon
Location and natural view from the window is fantastic. Hotel is proper clean and maintain Food is delicious.All the staff are polite and good behaviour.
Pleasant experience. Staff were courteous and responsive. Restaurant could have had a TV given that IPL matches are going on and guests can enjoy watching IPL as they eat. Otherwise it is value for the money
