I was very impressed with the service rendered. The staff were well-mannerd and sincere and served with a smile. The receptionists were very helpful. The room service was up to the mark. We felt like right at home. Thank you for the hospitality, comfort and amenities. Worth staying.

Rooms are average to good. Staff is really cooperative. Location is best, if u are coming with shopping perspective this hotel is best. Basic amenities like toiletries need to improved little bit. This is my 5th stay at the hotel because of its location and cooperative staff.

If I can give 0 star, then I would. The rooms are too dirty to stay.. all time, you will see cockroaches over here and there. The suite is not maintained. Even bathroom taps and showers were not working properly. Suddenly, the current was not there, and even after 15 mins, they didn't notice it. I have to ask them multiple time for the current supply in my suite. The smell of all the rooms of that suite was terrible.. even after spraying room freshner.

This is a very average hotel. The number given in the website is not working. The rooms are awful and there's pan parag stains everywhere even inside the room. That's the best room. It is ridiculously expensive for no facility except for AC Bathroom was not cleaned Flush was not working. The manager name is Jerome, When i tried to bargain, as I was only staying for few hours and solo female from Rs1400 to Rs1200. Even though the price shown in the website was Rs1043, I was told that there are no rooms and also I was told that I'm a woman and not supposed to bargain. When asked to speak to the owner, it was denied saying the owner is rude and doesn't know to talk to women when making payment it was done to his account not to the hotel account.

Don't go by the pictures, the infrastructure and the rooms inside is in very pathetic condition. I got lured by the so called discount from the agoda app and called the property several times before booking but they did not respond and since I was in a rush , I had to book. Also the hotel is situated in a market area so it is pretty smelly outside. For all these reasons , I made an early check out and I have even requested for a refund for the one remaining day which I did not stay thru the app but the supplier of the hotel declined our request due to non-refundable policy, well good for you ! And as a token of appreciation I felt I should write about such a wonderful experience. Anyways, I urge others not to make the similar mistakes I made.

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.. first of all hotel is very nice.. rooms are also good.. but specially the staffs of this hotel are very non active and non professional. In room there is water problem.

Very bad room not clean. Cockroaches crawling all over don't stay for night stay. Couldn't sleep at all. Only advantage is location considering shopping point of view.

The rooms are nice and cozy. Location is good since it's just outside the main market. Though the service could be better
