Highly maintained,it is the one of best hospital you can find in this area.Good staffs and highly equiped for better treatment.
Absolutely the best varicose vein treatment I've ever experienced! Moulana Hospital's team is exceptional - skilled, caring, and professional. The treatment was efficient and virtually painless. If you're seeking top-quality care, Moulana Hospital is the place to go. Highly recommend!
Poor service. Inexperienced nurses who have no idea what patients are treated for. They're just a tool for giving medicines; rooms are so dirty and poorly maintained, and there are egoist doctors who have no idea about the treatment and do some experiments on patients without knowing the correct diagnosis. There is also some ego clash between the doctors, and because of this, the patients were affected. We have requested to transfer my father to another doctor while he was admitted because we were not happy with the treatment of the current doctor, but the doctor we have asked for rejected treating my father as she feared the senior doctor would go for an ego clash with her. With no other choice, we decided to discharge my father from the hospital and seek other hospital treatment. Admitted for severe cough along with fever, having History of Bronchiectasis.
Department: Pulmonogy, Doctor who rejected treatment: Dr. Nimisha(Pulmonologist)
I visited this hospital during my pregnancy the doctor was good but the hospital was very bad. Like the rooms were dirty, old bed was given totally not comfortable bed. No automatic beds. Totally not worth the money we spend there. Total waste. The paediatrician was not good enough, provided a junior doctor to attend to my child. Gave a lot of medicines and again wasted money. We had to go to a government hospital and get treated. The experience in the government hospital was far far better than here. Even medicines were free. Didn't give loads of medicines either. Why charge a lot of money if you can't even take proper care of the patients and rooms!
A wrong decision by the doctor resulted in the tragic loss of my mother-in-law. I strongly discourage seeking medical care at this hospital. The service and attention they provide to patients in critical condition is unacceptable. The cardiology department is severely lacking; they failed to transfer the patient to the cardiac ICU despite clear cardiac issues. This hospital appears to prioritize profit over patient care, relying on a few competent doctors while employing inexperienced staff.
It is a multi speciality hospital including 2 main blocks. Totally well maintained ambiance with full of cooperation of medical and non medical staffs. Eventhough the hospital is situated in the middle of the city, A new block has been built at the back to accommodate more people on present status. Parking facilities are arranged separately for two wheelers and four wheelers on back side.
I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience at the Deluxe Room of Moulana Hospital. The room's hygiene standards, including the old sofas and nasty-looking bedsheets, are definitely concerning. Having only a single air conditioner for a larger room is not ideal, especially considering the high price of 7700 per day. The washroom's cleanliness and minimal facilities further add to the disappointment.
Moreover, the lack of proper justification for the room being called "Deluxe" is quite disappointing, as it seems to be nothing more than a basic double room with an average air conditioner. The shady-looking ceiling panels are another issue that adds to the overall dissatisfaction.
It's important for hospitals to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of their rooms, especially when charging such a significant amount. It seems that the Deluxe Room at Moulana Hospital fails to provide a satisfactory experience and does not deliver the value for money expected.
I encourage the management of Moulana Hospital to address these issues promptly and make necessary improvements to enhance the quality of their Deluxe Room.
