I recently purchased the Center stand for my versys 650 from them. I had asked them to ship it to my hometown so that I could get it fixed locally. I received the package in about a week's time after making my payment and it was packed very well. All components wrapped in plastic and foam and screws were packed separately in a small plastic bag and secured. Great packing. Nothing got damaged in transit. Now my mechanic was worried if fixing this was going to be a huge problem. When I brought this up with josh, he sent me a link to a video that made fixing it very easy. In half hour, the job was done. I have been very satisfied using it since June.. great product. Will definitely recommend it.
