Rooms had cockroaches, tv! Only free channels available... Rooms very less in no. So all rooms near reception area, loud noises can be heard at night. The location is good though, can be reached easily.
the maintenance is very bad. I stayed there with my family for 2 nights and the bed sheets were not at all clean, it had hair. we could also find cockroaches in our room. The AC , fan, bathroom were perfectly fine . there is also a common dining area with a kitchen where you can clean your utensils and get free water from the aquaguard. but the maintenance needs to be better. it's budget friendly also and is situated on the main road with lots of markets nearby
Worst experience..all staffs are fraud they don't have proper bill no lights in both room and Wash room.despite several complain they don't care.dirty room not changeing bedsheet after chek out of Previous Guest.Room is full of Cokroach and insects.loud noise are disturbing entire night... overall very disapointed
Doesn't confirm the bookings, you'll be left hanging if you have booked in advance (oyo or other service), they'll say that the room you booked is not available anymore and you'll have to pay extra over the price that was shown in the app for an inferior room than the one you booked. Really bad experience. Would not recommend.
Extremely poor service, ill-mannered staffs ( all unprofessional lots) . The AC doesn't work. The kitchen staff is asleep till 11am in the morning. They manipulate the price of the room according to their convenience. Lastly they do not know how to talk with the customers. They are disgrace to the Hospitality industry. Worst experience in hotel bookings ever. If you don't find a room . please stay on foot-path but do not book this one!
The location is good but the place is pathetic. It's an Oyo property with lots of cockroaches and uncleaned rooms. A dirty bedsheet and pillow cover full of ladies hairs stuck onto it. It's a jugad hotel for couples for ghapa ghap only.
Rooms are good but not maintained well....u have to wait for minimum 30mins for check inn...good part is its location...situated on the main road..easily find the hotel..it's budget friendly...
