Moti Mahal Deluxe has good service.They serve tasty noodles,chicken chilly and sweet corn soup.I have enjoyed almost every dish mentioned in their menu so for me it's a perfect restaurant

Had gone for dinner. We ordered fish fingers , butter chicken and asked them to get the food together. We waited for 30 mins and upon asking we were told that fish fingers are taking time so we told them to atleast serve the butter chicken & naan. Clearly it was also not ready. First of all if a dish will be taking so much time to prepare one should convey it to the customer that it will take so long . We Had gone with my 3 year old son who was too hungry because of the long wait. And our agony still doesn't end here . Finally after waiting for 45 mins the waiter laid plates for us and got sirka onions and chutney. There was dead cockroach sitting right at the top of the onions and upon pointing that out the waiter wasn't even apologetic. So we finally walked off at 10pm at night without food with a hungry small kid after wasting an hour in this restaurant. Please avoid this place. Hygiene service is all in the negatives.

We attended ring ceremony at the hall area and later we discovered that electricity backup was not working which made our experience worst, food service and quality was not as per our expectations and it's not value for money. Toilet was really dirty, no hand wash and and even taps are non functioning. Guys please read all reviews before making your booking with this place.

oh this place is wonderful. I had to organise a party for 16-17 people and i was in a dilemma to select a restaurant which can easily accommodate then i found out this restaurant. well it was pretty big they gave us a seperate hall that was big, cool. Talking about the food the food was very delicious, hygienic and tasty and the food was worth its price. The service provided was also very fast

Moti Mahal is very well known for it's delicious Mughlai cuisine. We ordered Chilli Chicken, half Chicken Handi, tandoori roti and rice. The portions served were generous and the taste was amazing. It was the real taste of Lucknow, making Moti Mahal a must visit. The staff and service was excellent and the food was more than enough for 4 people. Total bill was Rs1110 which was totally worth the service and food provided.

Beautiful ambience, tasty food, attentive service, and a wide variety of items to choose from in the menu.. overall a perfect place to dine. The non-veg may not feel as good as the veg ones but that's my opinion. Feel free to correct me if you feel otherwise..

Nothing is good other than the ambience and the aesthetics of the place. I have been to this restaurant thrice and every time i get disappointed with both food and service. Once it was crowded and they took almost an hour to serve bland rogan josh. In our recent visit, we ordered 4 non veg dishes dal gosht, mutton masala, keema and chicken. I felt nothing special about any of the dishes since they had used same base gravy for all the dishes. Garlic naan had few bits of garlic on it for namesake. In starters i felt soup and chicken tikka are just fine. In Aliganj there are hardly any good family restaurants and the reason why i always end up eating here.

Ambience is very good taste of food was A bit not good I think it was very late in night or so. Staff is a bit slow . Over all and also prices are too high according to taste and services.
