The service is worst. I had to ask for each and everything by my own like cutlery and water. The food quality and quantity as per price is very very low. Even they don't ask when to serve the mocktail and even they forgot to serve me and bought at the end after completing my food. They don't provide finger bowl even after taking so much money. The manager is very rude to customers.
I had been here for dinner. We ordered 3 starters: baby corn, spring roll and chicken kalmi kabab. All of them were average. Street vendors offer better spring rolls than this hotel. Even chicken was half cooked. Small dishes were given to us. I don't know what their philosophy is!!! We decided not to go for the main course and left with disappointment. Please think before giving them your hard earned penny.
Please stop looting people with your stupid service.First invest in your food quality and quantity, atmosphere and all are secondary thing that too no proper air circulation was there.I ordered Hyderabad Mutton biryani and first off all that wasn't birayani at all it was fry bit rice type with two pieces of mutton that too one one piece was completely bone and when I claimed it they told me we have boneless option also but nothing mentioned on menu though and no compensation for that...
