FRAUDULENT SERVICE - Misrepresentation
What is written on the menu has no connection with what is served. We ordered Tandoori Mushroom for Rs600+ which was supposed to be Portobello mushroom with chimichurri sauce. We were served cheap button mushrooms with no sauce/dip. First time I have seen such blatant misrepresentation.
The experience was polar opposite of other Moti Mahal outlets. There was no one to seat us on table. Two restaurants under one roof. No finger bowl served. The makhani dal was only average and spicy unlike asked for. Garlic naan was uncooked.
When we requested to connect with manager, we were told that she/he is on leave!

One of the best fine dining restaurants you can visit in GK-2. The ambiance here is very good and seats are very comfortable. The service here was excellent and the best you can get for the money. The food was also very good and delicious. You should try their butter chicken which is very tasty. It is worth visiting if you want to experience fine dining without any compromises.
Good interior, comfortable seating. A multi cuisine fine dine restaurant. Staff was courteous, have good knowledge of the food they serve. Good place for party with friends and family. Veg, non veg and liquor available. Choice of beer also available. Screen available, you can enjoy sports. They have some signature cuisine which is specialised of moti Mahal. Moti Mahal is a brand which is now 99 years old. Average cost for 2 people is 400/-. Good place to enjoy foods with friends and family.

Very average food, butter chicken was runny and too sour, the chicken itself was chewy! Nothing even close to the original moti mahal taste and quality! tandoori aloo didn't have any seasoning and was bone dry! Garlic Naan was ok.
Ambience very average and the washroom was dirty.
Service was a joke altogether! for the first ten minutes I simply sat there (only customer in the restaurant) and two waiters were roaming around aimlessly and completely ignored me (not even offering a glass of water or a menu card) then some Manager kind entered and asked me (this is the best part) "aap khana khaoge?"
Moti mahal is a perfect example of how the franchise culture kills brand identity although it promotes revenue.
Yesterday I visit this place with my family for dinner. It's located in GK-1 M block market. I was kind of excited to try out the butter chicken as I heard it was invited by the Moti Mahal itself. The ambience is huge and good with proper sitting arrangements. But service is little slow. Also the food need improvement. The quality and quantity of the food they serves is overpriced.
We ordered:
1) murgh masalam chicken tikka(tastes was good)
2) chicken tandoori
3) mutton seekh kebabs
4) butter chicken
5) dal makhani
6) palao (so overpriced and taste below average)
7) cold drink ( single glass bottle cost 100 bucks!)
Hope for improvement in the near future.

Butter chicken is to die for, the best of all restaurants in Delhi. Never tried such a snacks as well. Food made with love
Unknown it looks from outside. Though it is right on the left as you enter the GK-1 M BLOCK MARKET but the doors are always closed so don't get confused. It is a restaurant not any under construction place.
Now if you happen to knock and get in you will feel exactly what you might feel inside a closed room without windows.
Now coming to food. Moti Mahal never disappoints anyone on food front so m glad one thing was right FOOD.

1) Dal Makhni
2) Kadhai Paneer
3) Jeera Rice
4) Butter Roti
5) Lacha Paratha

It was my mother's kitty and they totally enjoyed it, food was amazing. They never had such a dahi kebab ever, I need to try it soon.
