An ambience not so common in Thrissur, with really nice food and quality service. A place to chill with your friends and family. The service of Mr Alan, operations manager was exceptionally good. The food served deserves appreciation too

On the old property even the table sheets were not washed properly. Walked out after I felt disgusted and went to the newer one. The food was below average and really oily. The service was quite poor. I guess the chap is running it knot for the bar and does not give a damn about the food or service. Won't recommend.
It's a neat and clean hotel centrally located in Thrissur. Rooms are spacious, with good view and prompt service. Attached bar is good people who love to drink. The morning buffet needs little improvement on variety. GM Nitin is superb in his communication, co operation and service. A true asset to the Hotel.
