One word for this hospital and its doctor and the nursing team 'BEST' I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Sonam Baxi ma;am during and after the birth of my baby. From the very beginning, Ma;am made us treat like a family and she demonstrated profound expertise. Their reassuring demeanor and clear explanations put me at ease throughout the 9 months and post delivery. They were attentive to my needs and concerns, making sure both my baby and my wife were well taken care of. Dr. Sonam Baxi Ma;am went above and beyond to provide personalized care and guidance to us and i m extremely thankful to here for ensuring a smooth recovery for my wife and a healthy start for my baby. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care my wife and my baby received and we wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sonam Baxi Ma;am to any expectant or new mother. Five stars doesn't do justice to the level of care and support I received! PS* i had some hickups with the management team and room allocation due sudden inflow of patients but i hope that will be taken care by Pragya during billing and checkout.
Love the facilities and cleanliness of hospital everyone is very cooperative and the staff behaviour is also good and the baby shoot u did is the best I think I choose the right hospital in Indore. Motherhood is the best maternity hospital of the city. Doctors, duty doctors, Nursing staff, Housekeeping staff, canteen staff is very nice and helpful. Best take care for mother and kid. My wife is Type 1 diabetic patient and it was high risk pregnancy case and we decided to go with Dr. Archana Dubey ma'am at the 7th month of the pregnancy because we were not confident with our previous doctor's answer on this stage of pregnancy. And we were blessed with baby boy in the beginning of 9th month of pregnancy. I would like to say special thanks to Dr. Archana Dubey to accept our case at this stage of pregnancy. Dr. Archana ma'am is very experienced, helpful, and so kind to their patient and guide them nicely. She communicated very well with out diabetes doctor. I will recommend Motherhood and Dr. Archana Dubey ma'am for any type of pregnancy case(Specially High risk or Normal). I would like to say thanks to Raksha ma'am to help at any step if needed. she is very soft spoken and well behaved with the patient and attenders. We felt like home at motherhood. From the doctors to the nurses and attendants, I had an awesome experience. Each and every small thing was taken care of with atmost care. The overall staff is very sincere. From the moment I got admitted for my delivery till the day, we left the hospital, it was a more than excellent experience for us.
It is one of the best hospitals, especially for normal delivery. All the doctors, nurses, housekeeping staff and management were very helpful. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of treatment, patiently answering all my questions and alleviating any concerns I had. Their attentiveness and genuine concern for my wife's well-being made a significant difference in her recovery journey.
