The best women's and children's hospital in Mysore, starting from the receptionist, the team is incredibly friendly and welcoming; they are always available to provide any necessary information. Dr. Madhura Phatak was our treating Gynaecologist, and she is truly exceptional. She was consistently helpful, ensuring that everything was on track and addressing any doubts or questions we had. My wife was admitted to the hospital at night, and the delivery took place around 3 in the morning. Dr. Madhura was dedicated and rushed to the hospital, being there for the delivery, and we greatly appreciate her unwavering commitment to her patients. We had a normal delivery and would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to her for her exceptional care. We extend our thanks to her for the outstanding support and care she provided. The hospital's nursing staff is both friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team maintains cleanliness in the rooms. Regarding the billing department, Mr. Aftab was incredibly helpful. He streamlined the insurance process, ensuring there were no delays or complications, making the entire process smooth and straightforward. Thanks to him. In summary, this is the finest hospital in Mysore, and I highly recommend it. Our sincere thanks to the entire team at Motherhood Mysore for their outstanding efforts and dedication. Awesome and good experience for me in terms of getting my wife to hospital at the neck moment. Came from Virajpete and Dr.sonia mandappa and staff was too good. Had a C section and had a baby girl. 3 days was good in terms of nursing staff, security, doctor, Dr. Chethan B was too good as well. Had 1 more day extended for the jaundice of the baby. Ample parking Good staff, Good nursing staff Good doctors, Good rooms, Improvement Pharmacy, staff and billing team coordination needs improvement. Billing person needs inter person skills and needs improvement in all way.

Only the doctor's consultation is good(Good for OPD).Rooms are very congested, Washrooms hygiene is not up to the mark. Nurse stations are the worst even after charging a hefty fee they don't even provide basic care for new born babies even government hospital nurse's provide proper details for new mothers and take care of new born babies, Server will be down most of the time,If any one wants to get government hospital treatment after paying hefty medical fees they can visit this hospital.

Good experience for me in terms of my delivery from Dr.Sonia Mandappa, has always been very supportive in clearing all our doubts . 3 days was good in terms of nursing staff, house keeping & security. Paediatrician Dr. Suhaim was good as well. - [ ] Few suggestions :: all the consulting doc like the lactation, Physical exercise instructor, Pediatric Otolaryngologists, Dietician everyone comes together during the 2nd day request you to divide it so that the mother is not bombarded with a lot of information. - [ ] Request you to let the baby photo shoot lady to have a little patience with the new born. - [ ] All the nursing staff to have the same patience n resilience with the patients which they have on day 1. As the days 2nd are most difficult for the c section mothers. Paediatric ward staff is not good, I always go with the appointment but the nurses don't have an idea of who has taken the appointment n come n who hasn't. To check the baby's temperature also we need to tell them. They are not well organised. Overall Dr Sonia Mandappa, Dr Suhaim & Dr Chethan are the best doctors in Motherhood

Motherhood is an excellent hospital with friendly staff. It is hygienic and maintained well. A special mention to Dr.Chethan B, pediatrician who has updated knowledge on child health and nutrition. He is extremely kind and patiently listens to all our queries and concerns. We are thankful for all the times that he has helped us on call at times that we were out of town.

Great experience with motherhood hospital overall. Special thanks to paediatrician Dr. Suhaim Afsar he has helped a lot and gave a lot of iinsights about all queries regarding my new born, was very receptive in any emergency. I would Highly recommend this hospital if you are looking for smooth and joyful delivery experience.

Lack of staff members. After my delivery I was shifted to MICU for observation,they told me I should be in MICU for about 2hrs but without staff members to shift me to ward I was there for about 4hrs in MICU. Best thing in hospital is only Doctors,we can have best doctors. We took delux ward, wards was so small and we where not comfortable also, worst housekeeping and maintenance.

Good experience overall.. Dr. Madhura phatak s the best gyno in Mysore she really listens to all concerns n helped me feel at ease ... Appointments, scans, consultation was smooth. Very satisfied with the package v had taken. Hospitality s v good. After delivery multiple doctors keep on monitoring.. n lactation councellor miss Rekha helped me a lot wen my baby din latch properly.. Nurses r friendly n cleaning staff also was v promt n helpful.. Hospital staff wer continuously asking if anything s needed to b changed.. The best thing s they Allow husband's in OT n they conduct baby shower events n many more events in hospital.. which s something new in mysore.. I highly recommend this hospital n doctor Madhura ..
