I would rate this place more than five stars! But that is impossible. When I was in Varkala during low season, I was looking for a singing bowl. Almost all the stores were closed when I tried to look it up. But fortunately, I found Mother India Crafts, despite that the brothers were maintaining the store. They were happy to show me their wide range of singing bowls. Each of them sounded as beautiful as the other, therefore making the choice difficult. But with their professional advice, we managed to pick two beautiful bowls. The brothers, out of Kashmir, have an awesome collection of Indian jewellery, carpets, singing bowls, shawls and many many more Indian products. They are very polite and will welcome you with open arms in their store. For me, the store felt like an extended living room with so much hospitality. As a results you can spend many hours, wondering while looking and these lovely, high quality products. If you're in the neighbourhood stop by in the store and treat yourself or your love ones with a lovely gift. If you really have the time, then apply for the sound healing. You'll be surrounded by seven singing bowls and two place on your body. Which will generate awesome vibrations which definitely resonated with my body. An awesome experience which was guided with attention, warmth, gentleness and care.

This place is great for vintage collections but also for amazing and unique artifacts. We purchased a excellent Persian art hanging bird with intricate designing which is an excellent show piece and very importanly the rates are very reasonable. If you are looking for antique collection for gifting this place would be great choice. Mr. Adam was very knowledgeable and very patient appreciate the patience and support ..

Definitely the best store in Varkala. Here you can find singing bowls, pashmina, carpets, jewelry and much more. It is important that all handmade items are brought from different regions of India. They have a delivery abroad. We bought gifts for the whole family. We bought a singing bowl and one day agreed with the owners to hold a singing bowl ceremony. It was great. I wish prosperity to the store and its owners! The shop owners are very nice people and we were very happy to meet such wonderful people!

I absolutely love this amazing shop which has full of positive energy which leads me all the way to inside the shop, Mr umar has a very nice and vintage selection of stones and knowledge about what he is offering. My main interest lays with amazing jewellery that I found here which I was looking for so many years and I found all here at mother India crafts, I'm grateful and happy I to have found this place. And after I finish my travel, I feel I order some more things online from his page and he send it to me by post which I received in two weeks and everything was supersafe.! Such a lovely shop with two warm hearted owners, open for a deep talk. They sell different sound bowls, handmade in high quality. The sound healing was really amazing.
