Mother Hospital (P) Ltd - Private hospital in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

Unlike other hospitals, Mother hospital is spread over a large area. There are lot of departments and specialities. We visited gynecologist, one of the best in town. There is canteen facility and lot of parking space. Do check if this hospital is in the list of network hospitals of your insurance provider.

The hospital is situated in good location with good parking space. But the hospital is not clean. And the doctor service is not good. Not recommended

Dear Mother Hospital team, I would like to inform you that on 14th September 2023, my wife and I came to the hospital due to her stomach pain. She is currently seven months pregnant. We received excellent service from the doctors and nursing staff assigned to us. Additionally, it was beneficial to have drinking water available in each room. However, there are a few points that I would like to bring to your attention for ongoing improvement: 1. During peak working hours, please ensure that there is enough staff allocated to the pharmacy counter. 2. It would be appreciated if you could assess the condition of the rooms and adjust the charges accordingly. While the room rent cost us INR 2300, the facilities provided were subpar. 3. The frequency of housekeeping should be improved. 4. In order to facilitate waste segregation sustainability, bins have been provided in each room. However, it would be beneficial to have odor-free bins with lids for ease of use. I hope that you will consider the feedback provided as constructive and take the necessary actions promptly. They don't have basic Quee system to enter drs cabin.patients are crowded in front of the cabin and they don't know when and what time their number will call. Very pathetic and worst system even Primary Health centre in my village having far far better than this hospital.Arrange atleast tocken display board or extra supporting staff to avoid pregnant wemen waiting in front of OPD. Try to update from 15th century to this century .Don't expect satisfying experience from this hospital.

Good hospital facility. Dont expect best services always from the staff, there are times when strikes happens here. They have advanced lab facilities but most of the time I use to face delay in getting results . Personally I visit Dr Joy Chiriyankandath. He is really good in interactions. There is good canteen and clean mosque for prayer

Worst hospital! Money minded hospital. Lot's of rules. The worst visiting pass, if we need to visit the patient we need to pay rs 10 per person for 1 hour at the counter. So you can understand that this hospital is not providing good health care it's just business. The doctors and nurses and also staff behaviour is very rude. Better government hospital.

Took AC Special Room for baby delivery. No drinking water, no cleaning, no AC Remote, no nurses, no services for 2 days. Since it was during Onam Holidays, due to less number of staff - the same could be forgiven, as the things were a whole lot better, during our visit 2 years back for delivery of my first baby. But pharmacy - Ultimate horror show. You can see the Doctor and come out in 10 minutes. Pharmacy will take 2 hours even for a 2 no. medicine prescription. The same was the case 2 years back - thought of it as an isolated incident. The situation is sadly the same. Thrice I've gone during the latest visit, they do things at their own pace, chitchatting, never bothering about long queue in front of them. No system, no responsibility and absolutely no care for any of the customers. If you've got any other option to get medicines from outside hospital, pls do so to avoid wasting a whole lot of time and your temper. Hospital Management - Requesting to please look into this. Only due to Pharmacy part, I think I might not visit the hospital again.

Extremely disappointed by the service of this hospital.. extremely dirty labour room and dirty rooms. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone. N insulting staffs. I'm sure all the good reviews are fake
