Worst hospital, I would say. Not eligible for even 1 star. I have taken consultation for my mother. We met Dr Aruna surender. I have observed many times that she is sleeping while talking to patients and not paying attention. Careless attitude, arrogancy, negligence what not. I would say I had worst experience here.
I lost my baby boy here. I wish I never knew this hospital. It was mid night when the labor pains started for my wife and the nursing staff who are supposed to be attentive and careful, were all asleep comfortably in the reception area. Despite of my wife screaming in pain and agony one of the nurses showed up and did nothing. Instead she asked us to wait for even longer and went back to her bed again. It was during this time my baby boy swallowed the amniotic fluid inside the womb. They immediately shifted the baby to NICU and placed him on a ventilator for four days and then shifted to HFOV machine for another three days. My wife and I had to go through a trauma that i hope no parents should ever experience in their lives. Don't lose your loved ones. There are better hospitals in and around Vijayawada.

Please, please avoid this hospital. Worst experience. I went through a life time regret and great loss due to the negligence of the Doctor with all the scans performed. All the scans and screening/ provided by this Doctor (Aruna Surendra) were a piece of junk. Scans are being performed with no attention to detail, just doing it for money and as a process task. Being in a respectful and most sensitive job, these kind of doctors mistakes costs a life of human and a ocean of sorrow to parents. As a victim I would suggest you to avoid these kind of hospitals and go for a good one.
I have been visiting this hospital for more than 3years from the time of my spouse delivery. Dr.Aruna surendra mam is a dedicated one with duty. She has taken care delivery effectively. It's not over there,we have good interaction with Dr.Sarath chandra. He is so humble .Listens to pateint carefully and answer every question. When my daughter suffered with viral fever in Hyderabad,he responded to our query .I remember it's at 11:45pm. People say it's expensive hosptal .For me it's extended care from doctor... One humble request is pls keep the doctor's number open for whatsup.I think the number which we tried in 2019 is made as hospital contact for what's up.Not sure if Sarath sir responds to that or now...
After read all reviews, I plan to give review on this hospital, today (5-3-2021) my wife join in this hospital with insurance option , God blessed with 2 babies(Cesarean) So i will give full feedback with full details ( charges, treatment) after my wife discharge from this hospital. . . ....... After 6 months I am giving my feedback : For pregnant women's till 9 months "Aruna Surendra Madam" Very good. . No doubt on that. For Delivery and after Delivery time I felt this is not recommend hospital Because of I felt total charges bit high ( I got some amount concession, Thanak you so much Dr. Sarath Sir, ) But when I compare with other hospitals bit High Very good helping team for cashless Insurance Every month vaccination I came here only that is fine.. Thank you Dr. Sarath Sir... Totally This Hospital running on Name of Dr. Aruna Suendra Madam and Dr. Surendra Sir (now he is not working). This is just only my experience with this hospital. .
Happy mother and baby both safe. When no one else took us in at midnight Aruna madam monitored every half hour and did normal delivery.
Very happy with mother and baby care and prices are very reasonable for the services they offer.Having read the mixed reviews I was doubtful about going to this hospital as it's our 1st time and new to Vijayawada. What I found is they are comparing it to a corporate Hospital which is unjust. It's a nursing home and the doctor is quite experienced and skilled. They do explain their charges and they have rooms to choose from.

All the trainers are good including general traning name prabhkar Anna and personal trainer Litesh Anna . Gym is very clean . Any time I visit then will accept me in good way . Gym was 24 hrs open. Overall it was excellent.
