The atmosphere was really nice. The place had a cozy feel with soft lights and comfortable chairs. It made me feel relaxed. Now, about the test food. It was delicious! The flavors were just right, not too strong or too bland. The presentation was lovely too. The portion size was good, not too big or too small. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Overall, I had a great time enjoying the good atmosphere and tasty test food. I would definitely go back!"

Washrooms are small and not properly maintained. Also they will give you only 1 litre of bottle for 2 persons. Food is also average

Motel Visava is at Mahad, on Mumbai Goa highway. So location is convenient. Also for business trip to Mahad MIDC, hotel is at suitable location to stay. Food (I had dinner for 4 days continuously during my stay) is good with veg non veg option and varities. But breakfast though complementary does not provide much option. Just 1or 2 dishes and tea.

Adamant Staff and Manager. In their Dine and Drive restaurant, they charge 30% over and above the MRP of ice-creams and when asked about it, they replied arrogantly that do whatever you have to, it will be charged extra. Taste is also degraded recently. Never gonna visit the place again and will make sure to spread the word.

We were there for lunch, while passing by. Food quality is fantabulous and tasty. Portions served are sumptuous. Cost is on higher side, but admissible considering hygiene and other aspects. Service is efficient. Airconditioned restaurant and ambiance is appealing. Car parking is available.

Rooms are clean, service very good and the food in Aswad restaurant of this hotel is really good..

A strick no no !! An unforgettable experience with the restaurant manager Mr Pinto James on using the restaurant washroom. Well, I halted for a cup of tea at 07:30 and decided to use the washroom. Once I came out of the restroom, I asked for tea and the manager (James) denied for it. While I was leaving from the restaurant, James started behaving rudely and said you can't use this washroom if you aren't eating anything and I will show you a common washroom. I pity the mentality of the man who doesn't first of all doesn't has the etiquette to talk to a women and secondly denying to serve the guest with basic and then asking a guest why did you use the washroom. Denying a women to use a washroom is quite insensible. There was a way to communicate and in defence yelling and telling I run this place from 12 years.. Excuse me!! I have been visting this place since two years and have never seen him around. I understand you must be in this industry since a long time but let me tell you Mr James Pintu you haven't learnt what hospitality is . This man certainly needs to learn how to behave with guests.
