Motel Divine International, Roorkee - Hotel in Roorkee - Haridwar, India

My stay at this hotel was marred by some notable issues. The geyser was non-functional, causing inconvenience during the chilly weather. Additionally, the bed sheets and covers were disappointingly dirty, affecting the overall hygiene of the room. These lapses in maintenance impacted the quality of my stay, and I hope the hotel addresses these concerns for future guests.

This hotel room condition is too bad, all beds condition there services everything is too dirty you all have to work on the interior of the hotel not exterior. The images are too different from real life their room services is too bad there is no worker to serve your customers

Pathetic Hotel, Pathetic Service, Pathetic staff, pathetic hospitality. I visited with my family and experience was this bad, i had to call police for my help. No response from any one on my complaint having a very dirty smelling room. Staff literally told me to live or not its your choice, neither they can change room nor they will refund. I called police and then they promised me to refund but in the morning they refused for full refund but 250/- which is again embarrassing. Please no one go to this hotel specifically when you are with your families.

good for youngsters. it has an attached pub which throws late night parties. I was allotted 101 room which was not that maintained. stained bedsheets were replaced after we complained. Staff was quiet helpful. the place is very near to the bus stand and iit gate no.1

Good location. Rooms spacious good staff. Anemities fine. Now other way. Lot of mosquitoes. They dot even have replent. Breakfast was good. Only thing is. Mosquito disturbed a lot. Phone line not working. Fan button is combined with light

Worst management, they don't even respond properly not even Janitor. They don't clean the rooms before giving to the next customers. Toilet was not cleaned, broken windows, dirty bedsheets as well as bed spreads were stained. Hotel was in a dirty place.

Hotel looks good from outside however it needs serious maintenance from inside. Broken ceiling, walls and dust on it were visible. Washbasin tap was broken too. Hot water was available and bedding was okayish. Location is very near and just opposite to roadways bus stand in Roorkee

I can say confidently that it is a Worst hotel I have stayed so far. Worst maintenance, bad smell, bathroom leakages, No recharge for the T.V, No door mats. Lift problem. Lift get stuck in between and you get stuck in the lift till the power comes - ( Worst 2 hrs). Service is also worst, no proper response from them. I don't even feel to give 1 star. If possible "negative 5"
