This is my second stay at Mosaic Hotel, Noida. My last stay was very pleasant and hence I decided to stay for my current trip as well. With Sector 18 Metro station, right next door, the location is very ideal. Ample car parking also makes it ideal for people driving down. Atta Market is right across the road and the shopping area including the Mall of India is right behind the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is prepared fresh and is tasty and the staff are helpful. Couple of points that I was unhappy this time compared to my first visit was that the washroom was not cleaned well and it was stinking. There was also cigarette smell coming out from the AC vent in the night as well as for sometime during the day. I did raise the complaint during my stay and also during check-out but nothing much was done about the same. Hence I am not very happy with my stay this time.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mosaic Hotel in Noida, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel until the moment I checked out, the Mosaic Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The first thing that struck me was the warm and friendly welcome from the hotel staff. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely interested in making my stay as comfortable as possible. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with all the necessary information provided in a professional manner. The room itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a well-stocked minibar, a coffee maker, and a large flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The menu offered a diverse range of culinary delights, and each dish I tried was expertly prepared and presented. The flavors were exquisite, and the service was impeccable. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate any special requests I had, making me feel like a valued guest.
The location is great as it is close to the mall. Room service was also great. The only problem I had was their AC system don't have any temperature controller. If room temperature is set to 18degc. There is no way to turn ac at 25degc or above. You have to wait for nature god to decrease your room temperature
I live in the US and travel to India for business about three times a year. When I am in Noida, I always make it a point to stay at the MOSAIC Hotel in Sector 18, in Noida. The hotel exceeds my expectations every time and has a clean environment. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the rooms are large and nicely decorated. The food is delicious. It is centrally located in sector 18, with almost everything within walking distance. What impressed me the most about the Mosaic Hotel is the people who work there. Manoj Kumar Prajapati, the manager, embodies hospitality and is the most welcoming person I have met. He has a great attitude. The excellent staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always warm and welcoming and asked how my stay was going whenever I walked in. They were also able to recommend places that I needed as well. They went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I have traveled the world and stayed in hundreds of 5- 7-star hotels and Mosaic ranks among the very top due to its hospitality. I highly recommend it.
Great experience and rooms are good. Room Service was fantastic. Located in heart of the nodia and ease of access to any location. Just besides to metro which will help to travel to other locations. Overall experience is very good
We opted for dinner but it was so bad and the staff refused to acknowledge our concerns. Will not recommend this ppty. The rooms were also not great with broken taps, etc
Rooms do require few upgrades but overall. Excellent location and wonderful staff. Mr Mayank from reception was really an gentleman as he understood our concerns and offered us early checkin. Wonderful service guys.
This review is for the J's contemporary oriental. The staff is very courteous. The food is one of the best authentic and unique Asian I have had in India. Very happy with the fine dining experience. Highly recommended for some quiet time is this busy world.
