"During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered an unpleasant experience due to the rude behavior of staff members, particularly the manager, Prashant, and another staff member, Rahul. Despite ordering a hookah in the evening, their behavior was far from hospitable. They displayed rudeness and lacked basic courtesy, which greatly marred our evening. I was trying to record his rude behaviour that time he called security to threaten us .This level of unprofessionalism greatly impacted our stay and left us feeling unwelcome. I hope the management takes measures to address this issue and invests in better staff training to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests."

Stayed at the Mosaic Hotel, for three nights. And it was a lovely, comfortable stay. We were a big group. And we all were well taken care of. Dad has his school reunion. The rooms were, lovely. Spacious, Airy, Well Lit, Neat and Clean. The Suite, was the most gorgeous one, with little stairs going up - and leading to the most gorgeous bed and a tiny little washroom. Adorable! A big thanks to Mr.Pankaj, and his team - for taking good care of us all. Had a lovely and a memorable stay. Hope to visit soon. Thank you so much. God Bless.

I had a great experience. Best asset is the hotel's manager and staff. Especially Charcoal. Good location and it would be good to enjoy charcoal in summer. Keep it up !

Located near Picture Palace on Mall Road, Mussoorie, this hotel stands out primarily due to its prime location. The rooms are notable for their cleanliness and well-maintained decor, featuring a pleasant bright yellow theme. The ample lighting in the rooms adds to the inviting ambiance. Equipped with essential amenities such as a hairdryer, bathroom utilities, and a television, the hotel ensures a comfortable stay for its guests. Additionally, the presence of a spa and restaurant within the hotel offers added convenience. Overall, it is an excellent choice for accommodation along Mall Road in Mussoorie. It is worth noting, however, that the hotel's parking facility is uphill, which may require some additional effort.

Situated at the beginning of Mall road, the location of this hotel is good. But everything else is just okay. Firstly, the basic amenities like a towel and an extra bedding took them approximately 2 hours to provide. Everyday they made a call to our room at 8am to have breakfast. Why do I have to wake up early as per your convenience? I am on vacation. I will not adjust as you cannot handle the crowd in the restaurant My daughter started showing symptoms of food poisoning at night. To my surprise they had no first aid. Moreover we called the reception and they didn't revert at all. Slow service, average food. The buffet breakfast once finished took them forever to refill. So we left after waiting for 20 min for watermelon juice and chocolate sauce. Good view from the open air charcoal bar

Currently staying at Mosaic Hotel, and while I typically value a well-rounded experience, my stay has been less than satisfactory thus far. The rooms are notably small, and without windows, they can feel quite stuffy. I have two more days here but can't help feeling a bit disappointed. I wish future guests better experiences, but as for me, I regretfully can't recommend this hotel based on my personal experience.

All the staff were excellent. Starting from car parking to check out. Food and breakfast is good. Must try Dal Makhni. Location of property is perfect. Right at the check post of mall road. Spacious rooms.

Really loved the hotel. Location - Awesome location. Situated on the mall road. Hotel Rooms - Great rooms with very good furniture. Bathroom was great as well. Food - Food is great and delicious. Service - Awesome room service. All staff is very polite and service is quick. We requested for tea bags and watered bottled numerous time and they never denied it and always deliver it on time. They handled our additional request of providing the heater in the room as well. During the breakfast, they accomodated our request. Amenities - Temperature controlled swimming pool. TT table, carom etc. Overall awesome service and great location and best hospitality. All staff members were polite and very accomodating.We will always prefer to stay at this hotel. We were four families with kids.
