No one could match the customer service mortantra has provided. She was like another bridesmaids that went above and beyond to make sure we created exactly what I was after. From changing the colours to the Jade stones to customising it exactly how I wanted everything to be. I had an amazing experience with Mortantra and cannot wait to shop again in the near future. Thankyou for making my bridal experience so smooth and quick.
Terrible quality for the high price I paid. It looks fake and like costume jewelry worn by performers on stage, probably worse because the stones are cloudy and the finish is uneven. I wanted to gift this but it was so poorly crafted that I couldn't bring myself to. Their customer service was speedy but absolutely terrible. I tried to be nice by telling them it was a change of heart versus poor quality, but upon disclosing the real reason (with pictures), all they said to me was you didn't say this to us before so no we cannot accept returns. Zero accountability for sending terrible pieces. They are extremely defensive and unwilling to listen - it's like talking to a small child. Never encountered such poor service in India and needless to say I will never recommend them. Don't waste your time - they just want to make money and sell you garbage pieces. Extremely happy to see that I'm not the only one with this experience.

It was my first time buying Mortantra pieces...though I was eyeing on them since long. I was bit skeptical if the pieces would look the same as what I saw on the website, and I can fondly say they are beautiful in person, the finesse, the shine and the cut all are amazing The only issue was, I ordered few pieces which had "made to order" on the website and were not delivered in time for the wedding which I had ordered for but the pieces which I wore, i was asked by so many people from where I had purchased.
