The spa is located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix Palassio mall. They have a number of options in massage. I got Oil therapy. The masseuse was very patient and gave a very relaxing massage. She even focused on the pain points. I took a steam post massage and hot shower. The room has all the facilities and you can have your green tea in silence in the room. Like other spas', they won't ask you to hurry once the massage is over. You can take your time with the steam bath, shower and green tea.

The worst experience I ever had in a spa. I have been to multiple spas across countries, never have I seen a spa without a hole in the spa table to rest your head. Our necks felt sprained amidst the spa. The washroom was bad too. There was no hot water when we used it and had to take a bath in cold water, that too post a spa! Apparently later they showed us hot water in the shower and cited low geyser level as the reason since there were no switches inside the washroom to switch on the geyser as per the staff there. The flow of shower was extremely slow too. Was just too disappointing. The quality of soap, shampoos wasn't great either. There was a used box of face cream and I had to use the same. We were asked our choice of tea but never offered the same post the spa. The quality of massage was decent, and the masseuse were professional, but rest everything wasn't even close to our regular experience at other spas.
Moroccan spa is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was transported to a world of relaxation. The decor, service, and treatments are top-notch. The traditional hammam and massage were incredible. They use authentic Moroccan products, and the post-treatment tea was a lovely touch. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back for more!
Excellent service . Very professional. Alice ( the masseuse ) was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle and patient throughout the service . Cleanliness is 10 out of 10 and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
