One of the worst travels I have ever seen, rude staff, worst bus(website shows Volvo multi axle but they actually provide 90's old buses without proper seating) , ac doesn't work, and lot many to say. I would suggest don't book your travel with Morning star
They recently shifted thier office to this location. Looks like a bus repairing service centre. No office kind of set up is there. Just a Morning Star Representative with Computer and Printer. Few seating chairs available. No facilities like office room, passengers waiting room and wash rooms. Drinking water is available. Need to improve facilities to provide comfort and safety to the passengers. All are feeling uncomfortable and unsecure.
Worste experience for all morning star travellers. Every busy getting delayed by 1-2hrs at guntur stop. Very bad. Even the waiting hall is without proper ventilation. They don't even provide water bottle in AC bus.

Rude driver, they did not provide a water bottle and did not open the boot, where my bottle is in luggage. Booked dropping point till Pattabhipuram, but pick up auto left us at busstand. Earlier service used to be nice, but now standards have fallen drastically.
A.c bus have comfortable and gd privcy there but non A.C bus don't have privacy don't have cottons side by visible to other person is not feel gd kk not bad
The ambience and the place given for passengers to wait for bus is excellent..
