Located in the city centre but accessible roads are very narrow and no parking facilities available but staffs are very humble are polite gave us the best deal when requested for a short stay for overnight. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

This place is really nice I could say the only negative point is for parking they have parking underneath where we can't drive our car it is really confusing parking space

Location: It's in the heart of the city, but the lane is narrow. No parking facility. Service: Good service, attentive staff. No facility to pay by card. Rooms: Lots to improve on cleanliness. Broken furniture, AC remote doesn't work, Bathrooms aren't clean. Beds are comfortable, Hot water was available. But hot water is only from solar power, hence cold days hot water not sure. Recommendation: Don't recommend the hotel

Very bad experience, rooms are not clean no parking facility. If u check in late at night they might cancel your booking as the night shift guy wants to have a peaceful sleep and is not ready for any check in. No amenities in the room and you cannot even question anything there PPL are very rude.

The experience was pathetic, highly not recommended. We called the property directly and enquired about parking and other facilities, paid in advance for a room, and informed them that we would be arriving late, which they were perfectly OK with. The drama began when we arrived at the property at 1 a.m. (midnight) and the night shift guy refused to open the underground parking for us. Instead, he directed us to park in the unoccupied spot adjacent to the building, which was also busy and served more as a toilet than a parking space. It was full, and there was no designated parking area for the vehicle. When we questioned this, the person was really rude and stated it's all full and we can't provide you parking at this time because you arrived very late.. you may cancel and leave the place is what he replied...went into a lot of discussions and nothing worked.. We had no choice but to park there, and CMG to room the bedsheets were really dirty, no water bottle kept... we couldn't question anything because the guy was like stay or leave... Please do not book this property and be disappointed. The rooms are not well maintained, as evidenced by the photos. Not worthy for the price.

Unhappy with the hotel experience . Expected to be as the picture shared on various booking portals. But it isn't the case. Unclean bathrooms careless staffs . Basically nothing is available in the room . No phone no basic necessities claimed during booking. Another addition for anything you need u have to come to the reception request and maybe you might get what u need. No phone available in ur room. So don't follow what is claimed on various portals. Should be paid reviews thanks .

Not worthy Location is city centre. Crowded and narrow road. No vibe and not clean area. Room is small. AC remote won't work, Bathroom is not clean, no water or proper room service. Balcony is pathetic.
