Firstly: Only 2 counters. And most of the times only one will be functioning. Because the workers are lazy as they keep calling someone or the other but they don't come. The staff is not very useful and many times are bunched together in one place. Secondly: The way the billing tills are set up it is a nightmare to move in and out of the shop.

More choices for buying goods , drinks,oils, chocolates, biscuits,flours,books, utensils, inner wears , freezes products ,dairy products, poojA items, fresheners , toilet cleaners, vegetables, fruits,etc...

The worst store in Adoni. Staff doesn't have kind response towards customers and no respect to customers here. How many times we complain about this the store manager will call and apologize and the area manager will call and apologize. If everyone is calling to apologize then who is taking action on towards complaints. The worst behaviour the worst behaviour from the internal staff at more store Adoni. If tomorrow some one is calling to apologize first take action on staff then call me.

Store always not well cleaned. Few Products always stock out. Staff doesn't know when fresh stock will arrive. No proper customer service.

Worst experience with persons in POS points, when we go to finalize the bill, first thing they ask is to rate the experience, what the hell, they should have trained well. What should we rate when we pick up a small thing like milk packet or just a biscuit packet.

All At One Place. At First The Store was up-to-date with full of stock but as the days are going the stock is not like as in beginning. As There Are 3 Billing Counters They Are Managing With Only 2, So It Takes Lots Of Time For Billing.

There is delay on the counters. Only one counter works you have to wait atleast 10 min of there are a couple of people on the line.
