The customer engagement and billing experience was pathetic. I had a very bad poor experience finding the products, the staff involved were very uncooperative. Their involvement with customer was unimaginably poor, they lack the basic training and their attitude clearly showed they were uninterested to work. The staff themselves complained that the manager did not take action to rectify the problem with the Air-conditioning malfunction. I seriously beleive if More wants to run business they should improve these parameters in Nabagram branch
area is small and sometimes only single counter is open. stocks limited.
Not upto mark... Items are not organised properly... I would recommend Konnagar more or Nabagram Jio store over this....
Quality product. Price is reasonable. But miss the more own product like cold drinks.. have home delivery.. online or offline billing.

See, the aspect that is required in a supermarket is a reasonable deal, at this place we rarely find a deal that is on a discount, everything else is ok, but there is a specific cashier who is really rude and insulting towards the customers, that person doesn't stop at harassing the customers rather humiliating them. Otherwise decent place. I personally was about to give a good review but this guy flaws the peace of mind that I had. Won't say the name because I don't want to put anyone in any kind of danger, it's not a complaint just a reminder that to be nicer to people.
